The best customer service I have ever received! Kate bent over backwards to order me a necklace that was out of stock for my daughters birthday. I love the Lair, I love the service. Beautiful clothes, unique jewellery, the Lair has its own brand of gorgeous clothes complimenting every outfit. Very stylish and the service is real and very connected Of course I love it
A lovely little boutique, with even lovelier staff. The prices are little on the higher side for Newcastle, but are in line with boutiques that stock similar labels in Sydney or Melbourne. Although their range of menswear is smaller than that of their womens, it is all of the utmost quality and very much to my liking. They also stock a very alluring range of jewellery, with pieces for both men and women. Overall, I would highly recommend dropping in if you have an interest in fashion.
