These guys were so patient with my very deaf, stubborn father, who refuses to acknowledge his hearing loss! They went back several times to sort out his TV sound issues (of course, it wasn't HIM! lol) until he could hear it. I am so appreciative of their efforts. Anne (for Barry!!!)

Dropped tv off and paid 100 to have it looked at and quoted for. They said they'd ring me in a few days. I waited 2 weeks and decided to call them. Was told 450 approx to replace main board with 3 month warranty. Can buy refurbished from Kogan for 270 with 12 month warranty. I picked up the tv and and took it to the tip. Don't waste 100 taking it here. For all I know they just quoted the maximum to replace a main board that would fix most TVs. Who knows if they even looked inside it. Don't waste your money..just get a new one.
Took my old, early 1990s Kenwood amplifier in to get serviced, as it had copped a lot of dust and wasn't operating properly. The gents have done a fantastic job. All clean like new. Resoldered old joints that had deteriorated with age. Amazing. The old Kenwood blasts once more!!!
What a great company to deal with. Fixed our TV within two hours and we return home. They fit us in knowing we had come from out of town. Great customer service 10/10
