Super responsive. Torben was so professional. He actually called me to discuss the process with me as I have a pet and an elderly mum with respiratory issues. So many people happy to quote but not take the time to call. Confirmed the job the day before and turned up when he said he would. While this should be standard practice we all know it is often not the case. Has an payment machine so didn't need to worry about cash. Super happy. Highly recommend.
