One of the best places in Brisbane! The cafe service is exceptional, friendly and helpful. The food and coffee is outstanding with many options to choose from with differing options depending on what you can (nutritionally i.e. vegetarian options and almond/oat milk) or what you desire. The Deli has some great basics and some really interesting items that you don't see elsewhere. One of the usual hangouts on a weekend, though it is very busy.

Came all the way from Melbourne & finally found something nice to eat! LOVE the spaghetti (con vongole) that I ordered here! Tasty & soooo good! Also tried the octopus salad, very refreshing! The truffled ravioli was okay, but still recommended to try for those who like creamy-mushroom taste. Staffs were nice. Anyway, this is one of the “must-visit” cafe in Brisbane!
Had lunch here for the 1st time with a friend. Very Covid conscious. A busy place but the staff very attentive and food delivered without too much delay. Very reasonable prices and i certainly will return.
What can you say about a couple of passionate Australian/Italians who, in their own words "like feeding people"? An enthusiastic "where do I sit!" springs to mind! Not only is New Farm Deli an excellent choice for breakfast, lunch, morning or afternoon tea, but their deli produce, local & imported, is quality plus! But wait, there's more..... Maria & Vince have hearts of gold, as attested to by their staff & loyal patrons alike. In fact, this patron, after passing out cold & completing a spectacular face plant into her scrambled eggs, came to, gently greeted by Maria's sweet face, telling me that she would sit with me until my concerned partner could bring the car around & take me to medical care. Never mind that it was one of their busiest days of the year, Mothers Day. I really don't know why I'm writing this. This gem that is New Farm Deli is hard enough to get into as it is & yet, their friendly, unflappable staff always seem to be able to find you a table! So get yourself down there for a generous serve of delicious, Italian fare at this much loved, family run, Brisbane establishment!
Super busy place, so make sure you book in advance. Great pasta - both kids loved it. We also bought some cheese home and they tasted great. Staffs are friendly and foods were served quickly.
As it was a long time ago and I only ordered takeaway cakes, I will have to give feedback based on my memory. I ordered a couple of slices of cake as shown in the pics and I really loved their New York Cheesecake. It was so creamy and decadent. But not too heavy or dense to the point where it leaves you feel a bit sick after just a couple of bites. And it wasn’t overly sweet, which was also appealing to me. The customer service was just as good as their cakes and even better. Despite the fact that they were swamped with customers, the staff were still nice and friendly, and smiling and making a conversation with me while I was placing an order. It was really a great experience. Hopefully I can go back soon.
Dropped in for a coffee. A Busy place but plenty of staff on hand and well organised. Meals looked lovely. Will be back for a group lunch!
Exceptional ambience. Diversified menu, especially for breakfast. I had Italiano for breakfast there. The dish was exceptionally designed although I may not go for it next time. It was heavy. Also, I had one of my best long black coffees there. For coffee lovers, this place do cream on top.
