We signed up with Totalspan in Nerang because they promised to have our shed ready within a specific time frame, this was the deal breaker. Once signed there was limited communication, it was not finished on time as promised, invoices had to be paid, ran 6-8 weeks late, no apologies ever. The owner is a bad communicator (a rather nice word for being rude and ignoring us). No, we cannot recommend them at all! Can I give them less than one star..?
