Most unprofessional business I’ve ever been too. I HAD TO UNDO THE BATTERY BRACKET MYSELF with a shifting spanner as The young chap who normally doesn’t work there complained about not having the right tools & really had NO IDEA how to improvise !!!! He Said it was the most disorganised company. (I agree)
