We have just had 3x metres of garden soil delivered by Alan. What an amazing job he did at tipping it off for me as I needed it placed behind a new barrier and mindful of new turf just laid. Talk about precision!! He would be one of the most obliging friendly people you could come across. Paul. in the office has been so helpful in organising it all. Thank you so much. Highly recommend the service
Worst service I have ever come across. I ordered some pebbles and they said Thursday it would be ready. I called Thursday morning to see if they were in and they said yes, rocked up to get the pebbles and they told me they weren't in yet, I told them I called earlier to see if they were in and they said they had them over the phone but they just shrugged me off and were incredibly rude. I had to postpone the job for another day due to these guys stuffing me around. other times I called about other products they hung up on me while talking to them, they never seemed interested in helping, always looking constantly annoyed. I will now be taking my business elsewhere.
