I was a customer for 3 years after my last dealings I will be looking elsewhere to purchase my cpap machine , trying to find out what repairs had done was a nightmare I was handballed 3 times from crs to resmed who then transferred me to a company who had nothing to do with crs trying to get ahold of them is the next hard part no direct line and no reply to emails days latter after emailing the techs and administration has been a really hard process after spending over 3000 on machine and mask you think you would get some proper service have dealt with cpap perth once for parts will definitely be approaching them for next machine

Do not use them for your sleep study. I did my sleep study with them and despite barely sleeping a wink during the study they diagnosed me with sleep apnea. When I wanted to register my CPAP device with the local power company, they refused to sign the registration form stating I did my sleep study with them. A bunch of crooks only interested in your money.

I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea in October 2017. At the age of 52 I was told that if the problem was not solved, I would be dead before I was 60, such was the severity. Martin at CRS at Nedlands has been brilliant sorting through the machine, mask, how to use, service and back-up. The unit has played a large part in allowing me to sleep for 8 hours a night uninterrupted - supplying me with a new found energy. I have dropped 25kgs, walk 30 klms per week and feel great. A large part of this goes to Martin and the team at CRS - Thank you!

I have been with CRS since I moved here in 2014 from the USA. I have been to the Nedland's, Midland, Karrinyup and Joondalup sites and all are top notch. They are very accessible with appointments when needed. They also have rentals available if you or a guest machine is out of order. I fully recommend Martin and all the staff here at CRS!!!
