Don't bother with the travel card here seriously, first card we got here we got an email from travel money Oz saying the card had been accessed from a country we had never been too (can't be secure), and now they can't help with us being double charged over 600aud worth, so they're really hopeless, go to your bank and get a travel money card there imo... Had no dramas with the Commonwealth travel card... Travel Oz's call centre is hopeless aswell, they literally have no clue on what you're saying so save your self the hassle and go elsewhere, I had a transaction problem while with Commonwealth travel cards and they chased everything up for me!

Couldn't be happier with the excellent service and rates. The staff were even happy to change small ammounts to make a 6yo happy because he likes to collect other currencies
