Way more than just a swim school, these guys genuinely care about making kids safer in the water. Today our daughter got to participate in the Paul Sadler Swimland open water program. What a fabulous initiative to teach the children how to apply their skills outside of the pool. Well done to everyone involved. It was a very special day.

Great place!... However,, the girls toilets/ change rooms are used by mums with their boys up to 9 years of age.... Gets very awkward for girls above the age of 10 using the same facility. Mums should be adviced to use the showers outside and if the mum feel their boys are too old to shower outside then they sure are old enough to go to the male change rooms on their own. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed with a few things 1-How Paul Sadler has handled swimmers coming back in.If things were to be re-started on a clean slate swimmers with their regular times should have been notified and given an opportunity to get their old time slot. This should have been handled better as my children are looking forward to resuming their lessons and unfortunately at this moment they cant because things were changed without giving us a chance to at our old time. 2-My daughter hasn't moved up a level in a year.I am assuming now with things been closed she might be in the same level for another few months before they decide otherwise.

Paul Sadler is an excellent swim school and therefore deserve 5 stars. However, this is about the wearing of masks indoors: Though there are posters asking for masks to be worn, several parents/spectators were not doing so. Masks were either beneath the chin, under the nose, or not worn at all. As a HCW this is quite concerning, as staff did not approach anyone to wear their masks appropriately.

Great swim school with excellent staff. Always really well organised, with small class sizes.

We were given a price today of almost 200 for two kids for the remainder of the term. After asking many questions we finally find out that means two lessons! I suspect they don''t pro-rata their monthly/term fees so be very careful and ask lots of questions before signing up. The facilities looked great and until that point we were impressed. Of course this is a business and the fact we would have been paying double was only uncovered after much questioning, doesn't reflect well on their claimed moral values.
