Rachels sessions were life changing, I was able to move on and slowly heal from the pain I was dealing with, even the ones I didn't know existed. She helped me stand on my own two feet again and gave me a better outlook on life. For those who has never experienced or are scared to go to therapy, I highly recommend this place as it can help you so much!

I always tell this to everyone that i share my experiences with: a day with my counsellor beats a day at the spa. It always feels like a very heavy weight is lifted off my shoulders after every session. I love how Rachel had guided me on being able to process my thoughts and feelings so they become easier to deal with and then learning how to dispute these negative thoughts and feelings so that as a result, you learn to love and forgive yourself more. I'm looking forward to more sessions with her. One doesn't have to reach a point of crisis before seeking help.
