The doctors are very nice but the receptionist lady have a rude behaviour seems like she been forced to do this job and doesn't like her job at all. I feel bad for the doctors as they would be the once losing out their patients because the receptionist.
Great family practice, even though you may have to pay a gap it's worth it. Dr Riff is amazing. She is very thorough, friendly and professional.
Doctors are excellent b receptionist is rude
Doctors are nice and helpful however one particular receptionist is incredibly rude. She was complaining and sighing in the clinic the other day whenever the phone rang, she then stormed down the hallway saying ‘Jesus’ . Today during a phone call she was huffing and puffing at me when asking for help. Probably won’t be returning to the clinic so I don’t have to come in contact with her.
Excellent doctors throughout the clinic. However one of the long term Medical Receptionists is known to be extremely rude, not just to myself but to other clients. On more than one occasion has she been negative, belittling and often has very poor customer service.
Receptionist is rude.
