After spending nearly two hours with us jumping between mattress’ (she had the patience of a saint!) we were finally able to make a confident choice. Brilliant customer service! Why Not?

Re: Our bad experience with the Forty Winks, Narre Warren store (Forty Winks) In the past week my husband and I purchased a Tempur, King Size mattress from this store. Cost of this mattress: 5000.00, plus delivery cost. When the salesperson called today my husband asked for a specific delivery time. All the salesperson could offer was a "three hour window" My husband then offered to wait for a suitable day when they could fit it into their delivery schedule. What do Forty Winks expect? The customer to sit at home for three hours whilst their delivery people decide when to turn up? The salesperson lady was pleasant to deal with. She is not at fault in this situation. We are well aware that Forty Winks use an independant firm for deliveries. This is however no excuse for Forty Winks only offering a three hour delivery window. Forty Winks need to learn to respect their customers time. At 3.00pm today, 6 November 2020 the manager/owner person called "Guy" telephoned my husband on his mobile phone and started making accusations and then started making directing personal comments at me: "Your crazy, go and see a Psycologist" Can you believe this "Guy" calling a customer and then attacking them with his comments?
