We used Daughterly Care (privately) to look after my mother and they did a great job. The staff are excellent, understanding and kind and Nicole (Operations Manager) is very helpful, knowledgeable, (Mum has Dementia), a professional who runs a great service team. Now that we have a home care package, there was no hesitation in going straight back with them to look after Mums ongoing future care. Keep up the Good Work and Thank you for continuously looking for ways to improve on and enhance the quality of life for Mum every day.

Do not work here! I applied and interviewed here several weeks ago. "Nicole" was the most condescending woman I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. She kept calling me "beautiful lady" like I was a 6 year-old girl... even though I'm at least 20 years older than her! I then overheard the term "too old" when she was outside - and I didn't get the work - definitely some ageism going on here!
My mother had an awful experience with Robyn, the lady at the Mosman Office who lied to her about money and care details, she was just interested in getting her care package. Don't trust these people with your care, their more interested in money than the care of senior Australians.
Incredible organisation, great staff and truly outstanding care. I would have no hesitation recommending Daughterly Care far and wide.
