I live in Penrith and usually go for my coffee twice in a week at Narellan and must say Superb coffee especially the way girl makes sure if coffee is according to the taste. It’s never burnt. Thumbs up to that kind of customer service which is rare to find these days

Just visited Soul origin Narellan yesterday. Amazing service quality. Everyone there got a smiley face. Food is so fresh and full of goodness! Their service and product quality really lights my mode up. Feel like they deserve a thumbs up

My daughter and I went to shopping at Narellan, we hungry and we decide to stop and eat at Soul Origin!! Never again they no want to warm up the Foccacia because de machine is already clean, and they close the shop at 9pm. Disgusting!! I’m always going to Soul Origin at Wetherill Park!! Omg what a diference!!"

Clearly asked for the small container and instead had my food put in a larger container and charged for it, rather than being offered to put the salad into the smaller container that I asked for. Then ordered a 6 ice coffee which was a cup of ice, leaving no room for any actual coffee. Staff lack concern for customer service.
