Ordered a five day juice cleanse and all of the protein balls were missing, I tried emailing over a month ago and received no response and no one picks up the calls to the store number, disappointing response considering how expensive it is

Great tasting fresh juices, and served with a smile. I Recommend a visit. My favourite is Watermelon, Carrot & Orange.

Take way too long
Service is hit and miss. Ingredients for cold press juices not always in balance. Narellan store advertising Wellness Shots but never have any available. If asked to make one up, they never seem to have the ingredients but are able to make up a cold pressed juice with similar stuff. Overall disappointing decline in quality and service at this particular outlet.
I ordered the 5 day juice cleanse from the Narellan store, when i got to Day 1 snack i noticed the protein ball was missing. Normal i would just leave it but due to how expensive the pack was and how hungry i was i decided to look on the website to contact someone about it, thinking in my head they will take days to get back to me and most likely not bother doing much about it. The web site had an instant chat "Zach" who was very helpful and very apologetic. I was told to go back to Narellan store to pick up my 4 missing protein balls. When i got there the lady at the counter was again very apologetic and gave me 2 extra protein balls for my trouble. Very good customer service thank you Juiced Life
Just finished the 3 Day fresh start from Narellan. Really enjoyed it and Dean was very informative.
The three days pack are really helpful. I lost 1.8 kg in two days. Next week I will try the five days pack. I love the juice
