My husband had a fractured arm. We went to 2 other places to get the best physio treatment for him. However, once we met with Tracey, no way we are turning other direction. Tracey whom is his physiotherapist is awesome at helping him heal and inspires my husband to reach his set goal... awesome work. High recommend.

The best personal training place in the area, you get so much value with your packages like free classes, dietitian, free physio, free massage, free private gym access, free podiatry session. I lost 22kg in 6 months thanks to the holistic approach. Thumbs up team difference. I was a mess.

Best PT Center ever. I lost 11kg and gained muscle and a level of fitness i never thought possible. Very non intimidating, i normally hate gyms and ra ra class cults, but this place is different (i get the name now) very friendly and private. They focus on you feeling good and getting your results.

It really is a fantastic, non-intimidating gym. The staff welcome everyone and all the other people training are wonderful as well. It's a great place to train that offers so much to every individual based on their individual needs.
