I rate this store 3 for the following reasons; Service;compared to other stores in the shopping mall, this store rated the worst, most un- helpful and least customer focused - more like commission focused. I was with a group, and when it came to using our uni discount card twice , this became problematic and cumbersome. Friendliness; As stated above on Monday when we entered the store, it was unwelcoming and least helpful. Almost like we add hold be going out of our way to be friendly rather than vice-versa. Product range; This is a store for active and general clothing, ok product range. Cleanliness; store was in order, clean and tidy, without being overly fussy. X-factor; negligible, given the sad customer service experience, comparitive to other stores in the Narellan center. Recommend increased customer services training for staff on Monday roster, fixing the problems with using uni discounts card. Like this review if you found it helpful.

Worst customer service ever. Their policy is very stupid as they dont accept my bank receipt as proof of purchase. Such old school policy.

Served by a young lady with dark hair and tattoos on her legs. Awful attitude, seemed disinterested, unhappy to be there. Was excited to make a purchase and she just made me feel unwelcome in their store. Will not be shopping here again.

The quality of Clothes were amazing! i bought overalls, a pink crop top, a dress, two for 25 tees and a cropped jumper! the staff were really helpful and the set up was so aesthetically pleasing to the eye
