Great price and friendly staff. Rosemary took the time to explain how to fit the tyre chain and get all the family members fitted with snow gears. After a tiring day, we went back home and left our belongings at the shop. Next day, I called Rosemary and she took the trouble to deliver back our stuffs. Top notch customer service. Highly recommended to use this shop.

Highly recommended ski hire for those who are looking to go up to the Lake Mountain Ski Resort. We had to bring our booking forward by one day and staff members were very friendly and helpful about it, no questions asked. Gears were of high quality and very well maintained. They are definitely the best ski hire around the area and we will definitely return again next season!

Mystic Mountains Ski Hire and Outdoor is the place to go! We booked online (must be the day before) and got all the gear we needed at an affordable price for our day trip to Lake Mountain. The staff are very friendly and so helpful - they provided a very helpful snow chain-fitting demonstration. The location is easy to access being on the Maroondah Highway just before the Lake Mountain turn off. This will be our go-to shop for hire in the future.

If you want to hire Ski gear, this is the best place. The place is on the way to lake Mountain. People are so friendly You can book online They have kids packages 15 and adult packages 20 You can hire gloves with 5-7. And if you prebook online, give you 15% discount plus when you arrive you will find everything ready for you
