Great tasting pizzas and chicken pieces with honey mustard sauce. Good service but when it came to picking up pizza from box it was not cut all the way through. Found this several times, only a small complaint that I can live with.

Well I walked in looked around. Just going to walk out when a sales assistant came out of hiding to serve me. So much for security! I tried the new 6.95 lunch special pizza but found them much smaller then the 5 usual special and you can't get them in thin & crispy. The shop always looks well dark and untidy. To the right they have a semi exposed storage area that isn't appealing. The whole layout is just messy and dark. The pizza themselves were served hot and very tasty. I have had this same experience before I guess they only have one assistant on at lunchtimes and its often hard to find her. I guess they are bound by price fixing from head office but I have lost count of how many times people refuse extras based on a high price especially deserts. Plenty of parking is freely available in the plaza car park. Toilets not at the shop but available in the plaza main area. They offer a hot guarantee home delivery service at night. They are also trading after the main plaza closes of a night. Easy to find located on the old Pacific highway as most people know it rather then Giinigay Way the name imposed on all residents when the M1 opened. As a side why call it Motorway 1 rather then Pacific Highway. The answer is real simple the Government can privatise a motorway but not a Highway so keep watching closely or you will be on a tollway like the M2/M7/M4!

Picture this: it's a warm sunday evening, the cricket is on, you're spending a nice quiet night in, and you've decided that it's pizza night. A sacred night on any calendar, pizza night is generally treated rather casually. Despite its casual nature, pizza night is usually ALSO characterised by the pizza you actually wanted to eat. I didn't get that. I don't even know what kind of pizza I'm eating but after a wait that pushed an hour, I kind of wanted the pizza i actually paid for. Better luck next time I guess. At least there was garlic bread.

***STAY AWAY*** Absolutely the store needs to enquired about OH&S I’ve had bad experience’s with the store the manager was rude and was insisting that I made up I had hair in my pizza’s 4x order for pick up and showed them there in front of them and still would insist I was lying keep well away from this store it needs to be shut down also the cold food is mostly from the ovens are so old the store is dirty and could really be on the tv show kitchen nightmares. Can’t even cook cheese sticks flat and hard as a rock

Never reviewed any place ever but my experience with Nambucca pizza hut was so bad I can't let it go. Pizza was so bad we ended up leaving the pizza there which they took back and wouldn't replace even though they were dry, overcooked and had no pizza sauce we were offered a drink of our choice but I declined. The manager who was not even there would not even talk to us by phone and the 16 year old that served us was so rude and she also looked high on drugs and looked like she needed a shower this was 11:30am 4th January 2020 so you know who.so basically left there less 36 and Mrs and kids still hungry.
