The assistant who helped me find the perfect ring for a gift was perfect. Always smiling, had a beautiful sense of humor and just all round lovely and helpful. 100% would recommend not only prouds but the same assistant i had to everyone i know.

Staff do not care about customers at all, they are rude and unhelpful. We had a gift card to use there, and they said it had been already used. It hadn't. After several weeks of phone calls and emails, I was not able to resolve it and my own bank ended up giving me a refund for the purchase of the card!!!

Appalling service from the old manager who wears glasses. Apparently a watch with rusted and split pins is up to their standards. This has to be by far the worst jewellers I have experienced. She had no idea what she was doing and she even dropped my watch onto the glass cabinet more than once when handling it and did not apologise!
