Community Solutions have been the best job agency that I have been with. I would highly reccomend them.
Some of the staff are down right rude and don't listen to their clients. One staff member even ate food in front of the client because they were hungry. They don't want to talk to their representative when the client can't make the meeting and push the client into positions which they are not interested in. Really bad staff
Yeah alright, nice people but in the past 5 months they still can't get appointment times right. I've been at Tafe and can't make the days they schedule me. I'm still having to call and reschedule. And when it's phone appointment, they don't call on the schedule time, I'm talking 1-2 hours late, I also have gotten calls on non schedule days and when I miss it they cut me off. They really need to sort out schedules and appointments. Don't get me wrong. I appreciate that we have the system help us out but seriously, omg.
Just another government office. Nobody will help unless they have to.
