I suggest staying away from Nagambie Caravan Park! We had a very bad experience in this place as we were treated so inhumanly and aggressively by their staff. Their manager/receptionist talked to me so aggressively, forcing me to leave the park as I had my dog with me! I showed them my booking confirmation which was clearly stating that the accomodation is pet friendly! They said “you have to sort this out with the booking website”! I said “I don’t work with the booking website. You work with them and that’s what you have offered to them to advertise for you”! We eventually left the place as we did not want to spend our holiday in a place were there was no respect for people! And they have not returned our money yet!
Very disapointing caravan park for the 48/night charged! I know we have all been in lockdown and everyone is struggling but I felt you could have cleaned up around the permanent on-site vans which had weeds up to the windows. (most likely owners couldn't get there to tidy up themselves) On the 'up side' they have a nice pool and community area and facilities were clean.
Website makes it seem that cabins are available, they are not. Motel style accommodation on way into Park. Main park is primarily a retirement cabin village. Pool is small.
I really like this Caravan Park and Motel. I have stayed in the motel units 3 times. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist you in anyway they can. I have stayed there both in busy times and quite times. There was no unnessasary noise to speak off Parking was free and easy right in front of the unit. The last time I stayed there in June 2019 I booked a fully self contained family unit which had everything I needed in it. A full size fridge oven with hotplates, microwave and crockery, cutlery and other utensils. The room was very spacious with a Queen sized bed single bed and 2 bunks. The bathroom.and toilet were separate. The tariff was very reasonable I paid at The time 258.00 for 2 nights. I was very happy with everything!

We stayed for 4nights, the self-contained unit was very nice n Clean, our first night was good but our second night was terrible we got new neighbours n they were having a party that went on till like 6am they were screaming swearing hitting the wall opening n closing the door fighting and it went all night now we on our 3rd night and here we go AGAIN is just frustrating especially when we have 2 Little ones that get scared n wake up in the middle of the night Cause of the noise so not very happy right now I just hope they leave tomorrow because we still have one more night
