What an enlightening experience. We were updated with progress as our painting was transformed from a lovely work of art into a most impressive display. Left to our own devices we would have used the standard plain white mount, but with guidance and options Portfolio created a presentation that compliments the painting and promotes the theme whilst remaining in the background. In the words of the artist, "Wow, looks brilliant" - the ultimate seal of approval!
My husband was given a signed jersey so I wanted to get it framed to gift for his birthday. Left things quite late to organise but Portfolio Picture Framers was so accomodating. They were really busy in the lead up to Christmas but were able to fit my order in and even sourced the right matting so the jersey would be framed just right. The jersey had been delivered in an envelope so was quite crumbled but I was told to leave it to them and it would be sorted. A text was sent when it was ready to be picked up and when I called to say I wouldn't be able to collect until the following wk, it wasn't a problem. The jersey looks great, the colours match wonderfully and it's now ready to be hung for display. Really appreciate the efforts from Portfolio Picture Framers, would happily recommend them for framing services.
