Excellent help i needed a new key. staff was very helpful
Definitely very friendly and service-minded staff! Just need to sort out their roster and work on their time estimates. My shoes took 4 weeks and I didn't get a call when they were ready either. Only found out when I went to ask for them for the 3rd time. My soles needed fixing and they look sloppy with lots of material sticking out all over and there's spilled glue on the sides :-( overall a little disappointed...
