Being customer service focused myself, it is nice to receive the same and occasionally better service in return, especially when it seems customer service is no longer considered important to a lot of companies and I am an extremely harsh rater of customer service. Include good product knowledge and a willingness to help outside of the box from Wilo service staff, both sales representatives and internal sales staff, along with good product and you have a company that is easy and reliable to WORK with, rather than a company you just deal with.
