For the most part employees within the business work well as a team to get the job done, however major issues coming directly from upper management outweigh the positive of good co-workers. One of the worst businesses you could possibly work for. A toxic work environment and non-existent company culture make this workplace nothing but a breeding ground for workplace bullying and unprofessional conduct. Earlee should be used as an example for “HR what not to do’s” The Commercial Manager reigns over employees like a school-yard bully with a counterfeit sense of power and spends his days gas-lighting employees and spreading gossip. In the time I worked within the business I witnessed many employees (some of whom had been there for 15 years) be pushed out in this manner. HR is virtually non-existent with the above mentioned manager overseeing HR despite being grotesquely under qualified and the cause of most problems, making it virtually impossible for employees to feel comfortable coming forwards with issues. Not only is this extremely unethical, it makes for an unsafe work environment. The companies general manager seems to be generally oblivious to this and many of the going on’s within the business and the owner of business is rarely on premises, however when he is generally yelling at employees or referring to them as his “slaves”

If you are a further processing factory using Earlee products I would consider changing who supplies the products you need. If you did a safety and hygiene test at Earlee (without them knowing and cleaning up beforehand) you would be shocked. They don't provide SOP'S, no training and the environment around and in the factory is filthy to be polite.
