When I inquired about the cost of an initial appointment I was quoted 88. Upon paying for my appointment I was told it totalled 208 (50 of which was a product I had purchased which was fine) because I had had a biomechanics assessment as well (I walked on a treadmill for 2 minutes if that). I would have liked to have known about the cost of walking on the treadmill prior. Plus, I would have thought being a podiatry clinic that assessing my walking would have been part of an initial appointment anyway. Extremely disappointed and annoyed that I am this much out of pocket. You should be far more upfront with your costing. Had I been aware how much this was going to be, I would have chosen to go elsewhere. I do hope you consider refunding me the 70 biomechanics assessment fee, because to be quite honest, it's a joke.
