Sent off phone with documented condition of the phone including photo evidence to cover myself and now it has been received "heavily scratched front screen and in poor condition" even though the screen protector was removed just before being mailed to Mazuma and the original offer being dropped to 190 from 310 Cant wait to receive the damaged phone back form the assessors as I am sure there will be major differences. No suprises I have yet to receive the photos from Mazuma showing the condition of the phone as received by them at their end Disappointing as the only other time i used this company they were fantastic and have reccomeded Mazuma as the company of choice to sell mobile phones to Looking at the recent reviews it seems I am not the only one. Buyer beware ###UPDATE 9/12/19 Thankfully the phone was received back in one piece. Miraculously the "heavy damage and scratches" had disappeared from the product that was returned to me and the excellent condition phone they were sent matched the product that was sent. I would give them more than one star for this, however the phone call and follow up email I sent comparing my photos and their photos was more than enough
PLEASE READ - To anybody questioning the ethics of this company due to reviews indicating they had been ripped off or deliberately handed a lower grade return bracket - I want to dispel this myth to any prospective customers. I cracked the screen of my phone and it degraded to the point where the screen would barely turn on at all because of so much damage to the screen (although the internal phone was functioning fine). I was worried they would bump me down to dead level since the screen wouldn't turn on properly, but they still honoured functioning with major damage (smashed screen) and paid me on the higher amount. NOT ONLY THAT I accidentally clicked on an inferior model which should have paid just 100 - I am certain 95% of companies out there would have kept quiet about this - But their engineers / customer service team reached out to me to advise me of my mistake and that it was actually a more valuable model and upgraded me to a 120 refund. That is a company which is not only operating ethically but truly going above and beyond expectations, Thanks guys, will certainly be using you again!!!
I never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to for this. This service was excellent. I was skeptical at first, but they really do pay exactly what they quote you and quickly too. Great customer service, always responded quickly to emails and picked up the phone in the matter of seconds. I'll be using this service again soon.

Looks like other users had this issue too. I sent my phone under "faulty", they only gave me money for "dead", when it was able to be turned on (albeit a broken screen with a white streak). Frustrating given the wording on their website so hard to reccommend to anyone.
This company used to be fantastic, but the last 2 phones I have sold they have dropped the condition of the phone. I should not have trusted them the second time. Please learn from my mistake, take photos of your phone before you post it!! I know they will comment that they emailed me and I agreed to the prices, that is true. I honestly couldn’t be bothered to get it returned this time. I think that’s what they are hoping for to make more money. I would not use them in the future.
I return all my old phones here and have always been paid promptly as promised. A great initiative!
