What an embarassing situation for a trailer hire company that proclaims great customer service. Hired a 8 x 5 caged trailer got the extras, spare wheels cable etc commenced the job and discovered NO Jockey wheel. This caused immense issues in dealing with a 2 ton load! Called the company today and got usual, we care for customers appreciate feedback, no jockey wheel, too bad. Pathetic attitude. I certainly won't hire from there again despite my rating as valued customer
