This is my first blood donation here and it went great. I had little fear for needles, but they handled professionally and I didn't felt any needle inside me. Thanks guys for making my first blood donation experience great. Looking forward to see you again.

My regular blood donation place. The staff are super friendly and deliver a professional service to the donors. The place is always clean and due to covid they practice even more rigorous cleaning. Toilets are clean and fresh. They have several beds/chair for blood donation and usually there is not much waiting time if you follow the appointment. Upon completion they have a great range of snacks for the donors.
To continue my donation journey from Singapore, here I was did my first Australian plasma donation. Amazing place, friendly staff, professional. Just An a amazing feeling to be here.
I did my first Plasma donation yesterday. I was very nervous as always for the needles. But JESSE JOVELLAN who inserted my catheter has done a wonderful job by understanding my emotions. And also Asheley who did the preliminary questioneries with me was also an amazing person as a trainee by calming down me as my blood pressure was bit high because of the nervousness. I think everyone else is wonderful as same as those two ladies. Thank you so much for your kindness as well as understanding and make me feel like coming back again.
Very friendly staff & always holds the smile. Well equipped setup and efficient staff handling the machine & the needles. They know what they are doing. Love this place.
Blood/Plasma/Platelet donation is something we all should be doing, if it's possible and what better when you can get through a brilliant experience right from the time you walk-in till the time you walk out. So passionate and warm bunch of individuals who will assist you through with the process and they are doing extraordinary job. Friendly Professional Staff, Clean and no long wait times. The staff makes the experience so effortless and painless, you want to keep donating. Enough parking and easy to get on and off the Monash Fwy. Has been my donor centre for over 2 years.
Very Rude receptionist, I had my ID however I had accidently booked under my married name which I had no ID for. I understand the confusion but rather than being understanding and checking the data base to see if I was in thre under my maiden name she flatly refused to check and rudely said I could not donate. When I questioned this she said nothing, turned on her heal and walked away - (To ask her manage I assume, but not really sure as she did not say just abruptly left) , she was training a lovely new girl who looked stunned. I drove 1 hour round trip to donate to them and I was made to feel like i shouldn't have even been there. I didn't want to make a scene and she made me feel like i'd done something really bad so i just walked out. My appointment was 12 midday 25 Sep 2020 name Kirsten if any one want to respond you have my number!!
