Well where do I start! Booked this "PET FRIENDLY" accommodation back in November. Was looking forward to our two night stay in a Villa. On arrival had to fill out 2 pages of covid information not a problem. We had drove 5 hrs to this accommodation, was then handed PET RULES which we expected normal basic rules, but it was the one that said dogs can not be left in VILLA while you are out! There was no where stating on any sites that this was the case we would never of booked in the first place. We went to Townsville to look at shops etc. So due to us not being able to go anywhere or do anything that we had planned. We turned around 30 mins later an drove back to Cairns a 10 hr trip for nothing. Most d you had to pay extra money on arrival which I never got back. So all in all a big disappointment.

I stayed here 5 years ago for a week and found it to be friendly, the staff were very understanding to my requirements then. I have since returned and I found it no different. Thank you Coral Coast tourist Park
Great park, quiet and peaceful. Just 15mins from Cairns Central.
Cute pet friendly cabin. Stinking hot on arrival due to key needing to be used to turn on aircon and took a long time for small bedroom box aircon to cool entire cabin. Apart from that. Simple park. Clean. Friendly. Pool could benefit from a shade sail.
Very friendly helpful staff, lots of shade inbetween sites. Immaculatly clean pool, toilets& showers, camp kitchen. Have re -booked already.
Bad experience at this park. Had a few complaints that we brought up with the park after our stay, mainly around faulty air conditioning, dogs rules that weren’t made clear and staff training. Instead of an apology, we received a legal threat. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and will defiantly be avoiding this place.
We enjoyed our stay at the park, facilities in the park were well kept, and it was centrally located in Townsville for our needs.. Friendly staff. We will stay again when we are in town next.
Great place to stay friendly staff and helpful with info and tips on attractions around the area. Close to shops and eateries and short drive to town and ferries if needed. Would stay there again without any doubt
