Really nice place for beginners interested in celestial objects. From kids to elders every one had good fun. Kids had a blast and we were able to see moon very clearly including the craters. Staff were magnificent and helpful. Will visit soon again. Thanks to the volunteers who take time to show and teach people like me who are interested but don't know where to start. Thanks again. Highly recommend the place

Something of an eye-opener re astronomy and the Apollo program for my first visit to MPAS. Settling into orbit now, following some stellar attractions on subsequent visits.

Stargazing here was a bit let down as it was too bright. But the people who explained were amazing and the view of planets through the telescopes are great! They have some of the biggest telescopes that I've seen

Was not open, but sure would be great at night to see the stars. Grounds around are beautiful

The members here are incredible. Everyone has always been very helpful and willing to let people have a look through their telescopes so you can see planets, the moon and nebulas. Members are happy to share their knowledge. Great for families, but be considerate to the "atmosphere" and equipment people have there. I still remember the 1st time I saw Saturn through a telescope! On another occasion I saw Jupiter and a few of its moons. A great "local" (or galactic!) experience. Highly recommended.

An excellent place to learn astronomy stuff. Telescope training, public nights, schools nights. If planets and stars tickle your imagination then there is no better place
