More of a motel 30 minutes walk from town nice place to stay the staff were very friendly and helpful and the pools nice, the rooms are a good size and clean there's a big casino and restaurant complex over the road.

Rooms were clean but very dated - good access to convention centre. My door swipe card didn’t work when I tried to access the room at 12pm - some of the staff could’ve been a bit friendlier. Nice mountain range behind the property and good views.

Manager working at the time we stayed in July 2019 was incredibly racist. Have stayed a couple of times including for my partners birthday and had a great time. It is a lovely hotel. But wow when we stayed with our Indigenous friends it was a whole different service. Even though the room was booked in my friends name the front desk worker could not address her directly and directed all questions to myself. We were also told no visitors at all under any circumstances and when I explained it was a private visit for work was told "they have phones you know" nodding towards my friend. Never been so embarassed or ashamed of the staffs behaviour. Later in the day my friend arrived back to the room in a taxi from the hospital after visiting family at the same time two other women were fighting nearby our room. As all Indigenous people are the same, look the same and clearly act the same, we were asked to leave for fighting when we had no idea who was in the room two doors down! Tried to explain this in absolute disbelief and were roughly told to remove ourselves from the property immediately or the Police would be called which we actually wanted because we were sure pur treatment was illegal , upon stating this told again to leave or pur belongings would be put out on the road. Two women on front desk are like Jekyll and Hyde, one is lovely the other a nightmare. Wont be returning . Ever.

I couldn't feel anymore comfortable. A very clean and well made up room. Super polite and personable staff. The grounds are very well maintained. The bar and restaurant are great. The view of the mountains by the pool is beautiful. The staff are top notch here. Give it a crack.

Fair, peaceful and quiet but the bed is very hard and the bathroom not clean. Empty Shampoo and Conditioner dispensers in shower. Cheaper to stay at the Casino across the Road with better facilities.
