Super disappointing. Ordered in a new road bike, the communication on its arrival was terrible. Then when i come to pick up my new bike, it has a chip in the paintwork (which was really disheartening, as i had a 2nd hand bike in better condition) which i pointed out to them when i first seen it, they blamed someone else and never contacted me about it again. Them sorting rego seemed too hard (as i live a 5hr drive), and ended up getting a refund and sorting my own rego. But now, im still waiting on my log books being sent to me... its been more than 3mths, and ive chased it up multiple times. And to top it off, my bikes not very comfy. I regret not buying a used ninja.

best store in isa. never a dull moment around them ppl. amazing.
Had a fantastic experience with these guys, they completed a detailed service on my MT09, cleaned my bike and were more than happy to give directions and a lift to a motel. Honestly could not be happier. Thanks to Aaron, Cory and Shane again.
Had a puncture roadside they came and plugged so we could take it back to their shop. Fitted new tyre and back travelling. I can not thank the professional and customer support these guys gave to an interstate rider. Thank to all the staff .
Bought a brand-new bike from these people, sight unseen. They arranged shipping to me in Brisbane from their base in Mt Isa, 1847km away. Of their own accord they installed at no cost a new battery (bike had been sitting there for a very long time), and also did a cuppla other little things to the bike at my request. I enjoyed excellent communication from Cory and the whole thing went pretty much like clockwork. On arrival in Brisbane the bike was pretty dirty, having been on an open truck for at least a cuppla days, but it cleaned-up like new, and I am very, very pleased with the outcome. I'm a very hard guy to please when it comes to these sorts of transactions, and have found m/cycle dealers generally to be among the worst, least-trustworthy, and most unreliable, almost in real-estate agent territory, but this was an exception.
Can't even inflate a tyre properly. Didn't tighten chain adjustment bolts. Don't trust your bike to this bunch of muppets.
