Promised jewellery ready on this day. 3 days later when I tried to pick up jewellery, it wasn’t ready. They said I could wait , it would only be an hour. An hour later they said another 15 minutes. I couldn’t wait so they said would priority post it that afternoon. 3 days later, no earrings, no contact. When I rang they apologised and said wasn’t finished til late Friday afternoon and was posted Monday. Maybe tomorrow I will get it. My issue- why did they ring to say it was ready when it wasn’t? I didn’t contact them. Why not contact me to say there was a problem and that it would be there on the following day. Why do retailers not understand that the best way to avoid rude customers, is to communicate with them? A simple phone call would have resolved these issues. Would not recommend, if as a customer you want to feel valued, understood and if you require honesty and integrity in your dealings. These are important when designing personal jewellery.

I was disappointed to read prior reviews, lets be honest most people that write a review are on here to bag things out. Well I'll be exception. I've been to Melville many many times. I purchased my wifes engagement ring here, had countless watch batteries replaced and always highly recommended any of my friends to Melvilles. Ignore the two previous reviews, quality Jewellers, quality products and exceptional service each and every time. Do yourself a favour and hit these guys up for your next high end purchase.
