Great place for a coffee and to do some shopping. Lots of options for organic and naturally made products, and fresh produce. Adjacent to a large car park. Friendly and helpful staff.

I run a business down the road and have done for years but this weekend was the first time my wife and I have visited the store. As soon as we stepped inside we were met with smiles and a hello. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and the epitome of customer service. as someone who has worked in the industry for 20 years I was incredibly impressed with how your staff conducted themselves and felt the need to leave a review as I own a business myself. Although we didn't browse the selection for long from what I saw it was very extensive. We ordered avocado toast and bruschetta and coffees. For the price portions were good and so very delicious.. fresh tasting produce that I saw a staff taking tomato and avocado straight off the shelf so you know you are getting the best and freshest stuff. Coffee was excellent, blend is strong but not overpowering. Girl that served us is lovely (forget name) she not only offered us free tasting of the kombucha they have but also gave us a coffee card and brought food and drink out to us. I will be recommending to my friends and be returning next weekend.

Best health food store in Brisbane! I've been buying organics for over 10 years and Kiah is without doubt the best! Absolutely LOVE this shop! Huge range of health products which are often unique and hard to find at other stores. Love how many products are local and Australian Made. Prices are most affordable in Brisbane. My favourite part of shopping here is the happy and upbeat vibe and enthusiasm of all the staff! Even during busy periods they always share a smile and kind words and I always leave feeling happy. Their passion is evident through exceptional ranging, very affordable pricing and incredible service. Well done team, only health store I visit now!

Good service and an amazing range of products! The food and coffee is good to top it off. Awesome place, especially to visit while waiting for a car service at one of the many dealerships nearby!

When people Google this store it would be nice if you have in big bold this store is warning not air conditioned It's a real hot box So much for keeping your vitamins in a cool environment And as for the hygiene with coronavirus those spoons are disgusting surely you would think of something a little bit more hygienic But I guess you're doing bit in climate change

Firstly just want to say that I think this store has a great range of products and I have always been satisfied with my orders. Having said that, I have visited this store at least a dozen times and almost every single encounter I have had with the staff has been extremely negative. There is a handful of staff members that are apathetic, and quite rude to me when I go up to order. Quite a few times the staff have never called out my order so I am left standing there with surrounding customers wondering if the drink I have ordered is for me or not. Last week when I asked the cashier for a PB protein smoothie, he asked the girl at the drink station showed visible frustration that I had ordered that particular drink. Extremely unprofessional ..

Asked them on Instagram if their bulk honey was certified organic. Was met with a most bizarre reply accusing me of trying to "damage their credibility" by posing such a question. I've been in the healthfood/vegan scene for 2 years now, and I've never been treated with this much scorn by any industry player, especially for a pertinent question. Maybe we should try again Kiah. IS YOUR BULK HONEY CERTIFIED ORGANIC? A simple yes or no will suffice. To other consumers I recommend supporting your CO farmers directly through markets, or shopping at Market Organics. You honestly can't go wrong! Edit: Here we go again. They reply with a similar response mistakenly accusing me of being someone/something (a competitor??) that I am not, simply because I had an odious experience with the owner for asking them about a product. I dont seem to be the only person they've done it to. You can't quell negative reviews by trying to discredit/threaten said reviewers mate. Beyond unprofessional and pathetic.
