Rude, rude and just plain rude. Customer service is non existent. Quality of trees was hit and miss. 1/4 of the 60 trees ordered died. Stick to "Flemings" if you want quality products

Worst online experience I've ever had, these people are not only extremely rude but overcharged my credit card despite having given me a written quote and resorted to name calling when I disputed the charge. Then to make matters worse, they went into Australia Post online and changed the phone number and claimed to be the recipient's name and tried to get the product sent back to Mt. Gambier. They had the cheek to ask me to pay return postage as well, they are not only rude but charletons and fraudsters. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS

I cannot say how terribly disappointed I was with this nursery. The plants are seemingly placed randomly throughout and conditions are terribly over crowded. The plants appeared to lack water. As I am disabled and reliant on a walker I was further disappointed at being unable to move freely around the nursery; I could not even enter the shop. Shame.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, to the extent that I am leaving a review which I have never done before. I should have read the reviews before getting in contact, don’t waste your time or energy on this company, it makes such a difference to have a good experience and get good customer service. They don’t care if they lose business from their poor customer service as they clearly advised me when I said I wouldn’t be making an order with them due to their terrible customer service & rude and unhelpful attitude. The reviews say it all but if you are still considering ordering with them see below : “We are so incredibly busy that we really couldn’t care about losing a sale , you will probably be the one who misses out ultimately as I read back on the email that you are having trouble finding them and you were obviously going to orde them but couldn’t on your phone, so ultimately its you who has cut off your nose to spite your face, we will sell them 10 times over. Sorry you felt the need to be nasty as I cant see anything in our email to you that wasn’t concise and factual . perhaps Covid is getting to you.” “Freight on size of plant is irrelevant as we said right up to massive trees all over Australia, so tell what it is you want and we can go from there ? Use a proper computer rather than a phone, people think phones are computers as they can google etc and don’t realise they have limited applications.”

You could get better service literally anywhere else. I didn't think all the negative reviews could be for real and yet here we are. Lesson learnt.

Sadly I did not read the reviews before initiating contact and placing an order for a total of 75 plants. On no occasion did I receive a return call when I enquired as to the status of my order. When a watering malfunction occurred in the delivery dock and my plants were affected by the lack of water I cancelled the order for 50 of the plants. I then learned that they were able to source replacement plants so reinstated the order on the next business day. Big mistake! From then no contact and today was advised that all staff had been advised of the last 4 digits of my mobile phone and not to answer my calls. If they returned my calls I wouldn’t have to ring. I was told the production manager was answering my emails beyond 10 pm - I never received these emails. I became extremely frustrated when the employee was unable to tell me when the 25 plants could be delivered as they had not arrived as promised. I was told that my parents should wash my mouth out with soap - I told them I had been waiting all day for the delivery as advised and was extremely annoyed the plants had arrived! Unbelievable response from someone who should be trying to resolve my enquiry. I was told it was because of the increased business due to COVID - the employee told me to get things in perspective - no one died and after all it is a delivery of a box of plants FFS. Excuse me!!!!!! So read the other reviews and DO NOT GIVE GARDENARIUM ANY CONSIDERATION no matter if they are the only suppliers of your preferred plant - look for an alternative and purchase from a company who can display courteous, considerate service - one that values their customers NOT GARDENARIUM

Purchased a diseased fruit tree which was explained to me would be fine but has never fruited or come good. Rude arrogant dismissive manner towards customers. Avoid and go to other nurseries that provide good service advice and are always polite.

Poor customer service. Told over the phone I’d have to place an order to go on a wait list for a plant and that it ‘might be available in 2021’ but if not enough become available to meet demand I might miss out and have to wait yet another year. Ridiculous! The guy was obnoxious and rude when I suggested this seemed a bit odd. Rang another nursery and was told they’d have plenty of these plants ready this spring, no problem. What a difference.
