I have never set foot in a vodafone store for the last 5 years as i found the service horrible. But last night i walked into the mt druitt store and was greeted by Eddie straight away. His service was amazing. I ended up switching over from optus all my services. Eddie has excellent service skills. I would highly recommend this store n him to anyone. Thank you eddie.

Good business office where you can get to know about different packages Vodafone offers, convenient for the visitors to get a SIM, or switch over while they are here for groceries and other stuff. Friendly staff and good service. Located within Mount Druitt Westfield which offers big parking area, public toilets, disabled parking and wheelchair access wheelchair access to the centre and shops.

Service was top notch from the girl with the green highlights. Talked me throught the whole process and explained many things about mobile phones I dont understand. Pointed me in the right direction and the phone as well as plan chosen was exactly what I needed. would give 10 stars if I could. Staff are ready to help out.

As a long time customer I can say this is the best Vodafone store within Western Sydney. I have had nothing but amazing experiences & will always refer people to come into this store if you want to know the best information and bundles available come into this store as they know the ins and outs of all services whether it be NBN, Sim Only & Tablets they are the go to.
Just upgraded to a Samsung s20. Went in to ask questions and Eddie's knowledge and service was great. He told me about upcoming deals that would make my purchase easier and cheaper. The store overall and the service was excellent. Have already recommended other.
