Gave me an invalid lotto ticket,The barcode was missing a number,So wasn't able to check my results when I went to check it at another newsagents,Luckily no major win or a win,The newsagents told me this happens when they don't clean their machine properly.
Horrible customer service They didn’t look for my parcel properly when I went there to pick up. My courier service confirmed that it’s in there shop. Wasting my time They only care for customers who just come and spend money in the shop

This is a great newsagency with a really good selection of magazines, a large gift card section, with stationery & other items as well. There are typically several staff on hand to process Lotto & other purchases efficiently
I wish I could give this shop a no star or 1/2 star poor customer service by the wife of the owner won't serve people buying Saturday paper more interested in serving people in the lottery section LUCKY LUCKY LUCKY for me I'll save at least 50 a week as I won't go to that shop to buy anything I'll go to Coles or petrol station to buy paper if I want a 2 scratchy or a ticket in Lotto / Powerball or OZ Lotto I'll walk over to Shop Smart Pharmacy .
