I finally got to meet David, the owner after several years of purchasing from Emberpak - dealing with Chris was always good as well though :) These guys are extremely knowledgable having been in the business for so long. Always happy to share what they know and answer questions. I haven't bought charcoal from anywhere else, and I travel a fair distance to ger here. I've never been disappointed with the quality from this place.
