THEY ARE NOT RACV. Unfortunately this has been happening to so many RACV clients, they are not RACV PLEASE DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM. They will not disclose that they aren’t RACV and will try and claim with you any way. I have had a car accident, hit by another car and they have made the process unbearable by involving so many other affiliated companies I had to regularly keep dealing with. But all it did was pile on more stress upon not having access to my car without repairs for weeks. Please do not go with this company and if Accident Aftercare wants to get rid of my review, I will not hesitate to take you to court. I only want to warn other people which is the purpose for writing the review.

Accident aftercare have been excellent in my claim from my call to organising a pick up and drop off of a replacement vehicle they have taken care of everything down where i need do nothing at all , all done in 30 minutes , thank you very much . Bill
Terrible, just terrible. When I called through, I asked numerous times whether this was NRMA (as this was the first website that comes up you search NRMA) and was smacked with 'this is the accident claims line'. I was told by Leigh (contact centre owner) to not go to NRMA as they are 'too big' of an organisation and almost that most people come through this company for their insurance claims. I contacted NRMA the following day and assumed that this was passed onto them, and was told that this was the first time someone had called about this claim. I asked them whether anything had been handed over from a company called 'accident-aftercare' and they told me this was all news to them. I called Leigh back the following day and requested to speak to a manager and was told that I was talking to the 'contact centre owner' himself. When I asked for the the phone recordings of what was said, I was told that this was 'not possible' as he was very certain of what he said. The next day I was called by someone at 9:28 AM from the same company telling me that the other party was 'injured' and seeking compensation of 10,000 even though I was not at fault. Do they earn some sort of commission from this? When I asked the rep if he knew Leigh, he paused for 10 seconds and said he didn't (even though he did). Rather than finding me a solution, I was told that I'd be wasting my time following this through. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR INSURER AND MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE.
Highly recommend Accident Aftercare. From the first point of contact I felt at ease with the Staff. Everyone that I have spoken to has been extremely helpful and understanding. Taking away from me all the stress of the incident. Understanding the situation and dealing with everything from the outset. Always kept informed and treated with respect. Accident Aftercare are a Credit to the Industry and will not hesitate in using or recommending the Company to anyone.
Great and honest people to deal with. After being involved in an accident, the whole process of dealing with the headache was made stress free. Within an hr I had a replacement car delivered to my house and my car transported to a high end repairer. All at no cost. Very well recommended
Used Accident Aftercare after I had an accident which wasn’t my fault. The guys there provided a great service and made it all very easy. The best thing about it was I had a replacement vehicle within the hour and didn’t have to pay any money! Would highly recommend
My experience with accident aftercare was great. They were professional, pleasant to deal with and extremely efficient. Got the job done without any hassle, what more can you want? Would highly recommend!
