I cannot recommend Malibu Security Doors & Screens highly enough. This locally owned company combine exceptional customer service with high quality craftsmanship. Furthermore, their products are very reasonably priced. We live in a post-war worker's cottage and our fixtures are not standard in size. In 2015, John and Tim custom-made and installed two Invisiguard security screens. They even transferred an existing pet-flap door to the new door on site at no extra charge. Earlier this year, I contacted the company to ask if they could look at the door jamb on our front security screen door as the house had moved over the years and it had affected the door lock mechanism that sat within the existing frame. This movement had nothing to do with the endurance of the product. It was caused by external forces at work. Tim remembered every detail about this particular door from over 4 years ago and without hesitation, he came to look at the door and worked out a solution to remedy the situation. Tim has technical prowess. He is a problem-solver, an innovator and a really personable young man. John is extremely efficient, loyal and dedicated to his customers. Last week I sent an email to John asking if I could get a quote on a security screen for a bedroom side window. The quote came back promptly and within a week the frame was installed. Without even asking, Tim matched the screen frame colour with the existing window frame. Seriously, I cannot fault this company and I intend on recommending them to everyone I know.
