Great service to be honest. As a first timer I was impressed of how they helped me with everything I need. However, they gave me false information about the price of their googles when I came in. But it was the cheapest in the village anyway.

Conveniently located inside the village and great place to do all your pre-ski things. Customer service not the greatest, as most there look like they just want to get on the slopes. Ski’s were a incorrect size for the boot they gave me, and prices are very expensive. I recommend shops that are not owned by Mt Buller themselves, because you will get a much better experience.
1 star is fairly liberal given our experience. Non challant, careless service. I was given a damaged pair of skis only for my instructor to discover them when I keeled over for the 5th time in 2 minutes. For a first timer, there are absolutely no directions about where to head to for lessons. Would have been a far less painful affair if we had been informed of the fact that we could rent our ski gear from up the hill near the ski school rather than have to lug them up from the ski village store. We also has to spend 10 minutes in line to be able to ask someone for directions to the ski school at the top of the stairs. Some directions boards would be good. All of this got us to our lessons hassled and pretty tired from the climb up the hill.....not a great experience at all.......
Great service. I was very impressed by the service of the employees in this ski rental shop. Good job I like very much Skis good and snow good yeah! Buller is cool!
We only came here because my partner forgot to rent boots down in mansfield, he thought it would be fine just wearing sneakers but snow was too wet. My advised is to rent everything before going up to mt buller. Cause any shops in the village would be packed!! Long queue and expensive too, for both rent & return (even just for a pair of boots!!). Only good thing was i got amazing good price googles from this shop
Great spot for the family to stay whole day, however, as a new and 1st time visitor with 5 yr old son. The staff @ B-Tag chairlift with a round hat, long and blond hair said "you don't listen, do you ?" to us...Excuse me, if u r not ready to work, please go home and not to come to work. We are here to enjoy our family time and we may consider to come here again with families or friends next time. Bad work attitude will just make customers unpleasant. Your company spent a lots money to make ppl come and they will Not come again because of ur attitude. Anyway, I don't care coz' we are traveling and will not come here again. The staff from Ski-Doo is very helpful for us and we did enjoy the ride ! Thanks !!
Great rental outlet for newbie. Service is okay. Has its own locker but store closes at 5PM.
Apparently make up their own refund policy that is well outside of consumer affair guidelines. If you try to refund something that you bought 3 minutes ago, prepare to get the run around to supervisor, then manager, while they run through what's involved in their refund procedure. My advice to this company is to maybe display your absurd policy or tell people on each purchase. Refunds happen in every store.
