It's a taxi service, would be nice if it was quicker on a Friday night ( around 12am etc) when your half cut on a Friday night / early sat morning. you don't want to wait an hour for a taxi for a 10min ride.

all of the drivers are great except Des himself, i needed a ride to the hospital, but he made other stops because it was on the governments dime, he thought my hospital ride could wait for his own business
I’ve had two experiences with these guys so far, very smooth, no dramas, really friendly drivers too. Probably the best taxi drivers I’ve had actually. Highly recommend
I have only ever had positive experiences like today when the driver went out of his way to pick up my son. Mount Barker Taxis sends you a message as they are approaching and then contact you straight away if the passenger is not at the designated pick-up location. Thank you again!
"Cab available in 9mins" - That was nearly 40mins ago. The government ban on Uber in the Hills has left us with this barely-service and Keoride. If you can't meet the demand, SAY THAT.
Terrible service! Would give zero stars if I could! I booked was told not long, after half hour wait was told I will need to wait another hour! They are only interested in city trips they don't give a rats arse about locals!
Called and was advised a taxi would arrive shortly. Waited 30 minutes before calling the office and was advised the cab would be there soon. Waited another 30 minutes and was advised the cab would be there soon. Waited 2 hours in total standing on the side of a main road. Got tired of waiting and walked home. I dont mind if a business is too busy but just let me know.
Very slow getting to me, over 90 min wait on a Friday evening, can't wait for Uber to come back to the hills.
