Absolutely first-rate service from everyone there! I have had flooring supplied and installed whilst I lived in the Adelaide Hills and, even now that I am interstate, I still contact them for their advice regarding flooring products and installation (which is why I am posting this review now). In a area riddled with very clever marketing designed to arrest the intelligence, these people are the only ones I have had dealings with that I actually trust! I, personally, have had no "installation" issues, but I can't imagine how there would be any problem that couldn't be sorted with the appropriate communication. Dave, the carpet layer we had, was one of the assistant's husband, for goodness sake! I don't imagine there are too many flooring retailers anywhere that could boast that sort of involvement or investment towards happy customers. I say to anyone reading this, do yourself a favour, and at least talk to these guys and you will see what I mean.

Large range of everything. Went to get a quote on a couple of things and the staff member serving me was excellent. He was so helful and mindful of my budget. Anything he wasnt 100% sure of he found out for me straight away. Competitive prices and excellent customer service. Free onsite parking. Would recommend to shop here especially if your unsure and need assistance with your choices.
Good selection of vinyl tiles but tile layer arrived without a bucket for floor prep so we leant him one. Then he returned the next day without enough glue to finish the job. Unprofessional installation. Good shop service.
