12/02 - Red rooster is very underrated, went to Mount Annan Rest Rooster on 12/02 evening, bought a hell fire burger double, 6 pk buttermilk wings & nuggets, really enjoyed hell fire burger & chicken wings, was fresh & delicious, the young girl/ staff inside the store was kind & welcoming. Good job Mount Annan Red Rooster. Would definitely try their hell fire wings next.

I only just noticed RR now serve FRIED chicken! Yum! I have to admit, tastes heaps better than KFC next door. However, the coleslaw is horrible (I don't recommend it). Chips and their gravy is perfect with the fried (FRIED!) chicken. (Can you tell I'm excited and the fried chicken?) I hope it is here to stay!
Tried the crunchy chicken and was truly surprised. Tasty, crunchy. The pineapple fritters were spectacular as were the chips.
I haven't eaten Red Rooster for years. Freshly cooked chips and a great hot roast chicken roll, I'm glad that one has finally opened very close to where I live.
Nothing against Red Rooster Mt Annan, as it appears all Red Roostwr chookens are the same. Either Covid-19 has affected, infected and/or killed all the adult chickens, or all chickens were previously pumped with Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO's). The size of the chicken thighs have decreased at least by 25%. Apart from that complaint, staff are great, the chips are beautiful, and if you are able to handle the youth chicken you are fed, then go eat Red Rooster. If you are lucky, they do have promo's worth looking at.
Out of all the fast food in Mt Annan, this beats everything. Always nice service and rarely stuff up an order. The wait can sometimes take a bit but the food is always fresh so you can tell it just takes a while to cook the food

I'm not a big fan of the roast chicken. Our veggies are often undercooked. But if you go for the rooster roll gravy and chips. Can't go wrong.
