Excellent to get any work done. Had my RSV4 there to get work done and services and now my Ducati 1199S Recommend

How would you rate Dave Ward's ethic here? I have 2 moto Guzzi's which used to be serviced by Dave's staff until to 2 years ago: (a California and a Stelvio). Sadly an apprentice worked on my Stelvio during the last service and pored far too much engine oil. My bike started to spread oil out everywhere under the engine block. Kindly Dave offered me to sort it out after telling me about his apprentice issues. Unfortunately he and his crew had to replace the clutch and spent hours of work to fix it. I ended up having to pay an extra 1200 approximately to get my Key back from him almost forcefully pretending he was giving me a 50% discount here. Who's legally responsible when a service has been botched by a dealer? No Dave, I will not give you a 5 Star here today far from it but one star only because of your poor level of Duty of care when things goes wrong in spite of your Ducati hourly service rate. Sorry mate.

Hands down, 5 stars.. about time I can deal with people that are so.. "realistically functional". Highly recommended; they're quick, easy, knowledgeable and just DO THE JOB. I mean, how hard is it? I brought a brand new Aprilia from a particular dealer in Parramatta (I don't want to name names but if you must, you can always check out my other review to find out; entirely your choice, I'm covered) but the bike was such a mess.. and after having it recklessly serviced? Not a single change at all. So I brought the bike to Moto Italia and I kid you not.. I'm riding a whole new bike! They know their work.. I can say I highly recommend Moto Italia to anyone worried about leaving their purebred Italian mare in the hands of some cowboys. Moto Italia.. si può avere il mio denaro in qualsiasi momento ;) Saluti.
