Contrary to previous remarks, the bloke with "the curly hair" (Elliott) is one of the most astute, helpful and reliable people I've come across. Working in customer service over the past 20-years as both a manager and supervisor in many differing business fields, I am more than qualified to make this observation. The same traits are applied to Michelle, who has been professional and diligent with ever encounter over a prolonged period. As such, criticism against these two should be completely ignored.
