If I could give more stars I would. After having a terrible experience at a nearby eyelash salon, both Jaqueline and Karina were so kind and understanding, providing advice and answering my frantic questions and concerns throughout the week as I endured a bad lash experience. Karina then fixed the botched job. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their help through what was such a stressful time for me! They went above and beyond

Jacqueline & her staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly & professional. I love that they never try to push products like other spas can but they’re incredibly helpful when asked. I know I can trust their opinion. Their lash lifts are amazing, I won’t let anyone else touch my lashes!
I had such a great experience here! I was running late and the woman who was working tonight at 6 was so lovely about it. My face feels so refreshed and soft, I can't wait to come back :)
I started going to see Jac and the team one year before my wedding (2017) and have been going ever since. I have rosacea and Jac does such a wonderful job of keeping it as calm as possible, to the point where people often comment on the smoothness of my skin. I trust Jac completely and love the attention to the detail (arm, chest and hand massages during treatment are the best). I also love that they are always ahead of the curve in terms of the best treatments that are out there. Thanks Jac, no idea what I'll ever do for skincare if I leave Sydney!

I love coming to my appointments with Jacqui! The most nourishing, relaxing and nurturing treatments. The best facials I've ever experienced, and an absolute bonus is having neck, shoulders, arms and hands massaged! My skin has been feeling hydrated and healthy since having regular facials. Jacqui is a gem, caring and I feel I'm being pampered by a friend, very special for me.
